Import Compliance Guide

Import Compliance Guide

This page explains how we support Indonesian buyers with import compliance, and where the responsibility sits. We do not guarantee customs clearance — that depends on your import licence and the specific product — but we make sure you have everything we can provide from our side.

Who Is Responsible for Certification

Indonesian import regulations (including mandatory SNI certification) are applied to the Indonesian-registered importer. As the supplier, we support you with:

  • Samples for testing at LSPro certification bodies
  • Technical documentation and specifications
  • Factory audit reception and facility information
  • 8-digit BK code guidance and specification sheets for your written confirmation with the certification body or INSW system

Before ordering, confirm with your customs broker or an LSPro body whether the specific SKU falls under mandatory SNI or import permit (Lartas) requirements. We do not make that determination for you.

Documents We Provide

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Product quality inspection report
  • Certificate of Origin (Form E) for ACFTA preferential tariff rates
  • Free sale certificate where applicable
  • Technical specifications and machine parameters

Products with Wireless Modules

Products containing wireless modules additionally require DJID certification in Indonesia. Please confirm this with your local certification body before ordering these items.

Our Compliance Practices

For amusement machines and electronics we prepare Indonesian-ready documentation: Indonesian labels and nameplate parameters, 230V/50Hz power configuration, and SNI 7391 plug types (European two-round-pin or Indonesian three-round-pin) fitted at the factory. We fit compliant plugs rather than sending adapters.

Always confirm the exact requirements for your shipment with your importer licence (API), customs broker and the certification body before you place an order. The final decision on whether a product may be imported rests with Indonesian authorities.
